Yesterday we had a display error for the bitcoin wallets during payouts. We sent 70% of the payouts to outdated non-usable wallets which were also mostly from 2019 and were non-existent for many users. For proof you can request us and we will send the transaction number.
We would like to point out that only Bitcoin wallets are affected and not others.
To prevent this in the future, we will always compare the wallets from now on.
Currently, we have fixed the problem.
Unfortunately, we have to pay for this damage. For this reason, we pay out the unpaid “PAID” payouts piece by piece. We ask you to create a support ticket for not received payments so that we can set them to “In Progress” and then set them to “Closed” when they are paid out.
